We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. its location on the main street was perfect as it allowed us to easily access all the attractions in the city center while enjoying a peaceful and quiet environment. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was excellent. They were always ready to assist us with any requests and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room service, car hire, and laundry facilities were convenient and efficient. Lastly, the hotel amenities were top-notch. The spacious and well-designed rooms were equipped with all the necessary amenities including ironing facilities, a terrace, and a safe. The breakfast spread was delicious and the on-site bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring.

Such amiable staff and the city view room were the key features! Excellent location, walking distance to all attractions. Liked the breakfast, it was good. In fact, the free Wi-Fi was a cherry on top. It is undoubtedly a superior option when in Ioannina.

The gym could benefit from additional equipment like a bench and free weights to improve the workout experience.

Spent Easter holidays at a hotel. Nice view from the room, comfy mattress, and clean bathroom. the breakfast had a variety of delicious Greek local dishes, and the staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting things to do in the area. Good location close to the lake and museums.

The hotel lacked Easter decorations and activities that other hotels had. There was no special Easter meal or event.

Celebrating New Year's Eve in this hotel was fantastic. The decorations were beautiful, and the holiday spirit was in the air. The live music was one of the best aspects of the night, and the food was alright too. Plus, we enjoyed a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate the occasion. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

Our stay at the hotel wasn't as great as we hoped it would be. The heating system in our room was not working correctly, and it was freezing cold outside.
